Find the app through an official route
Use the links published from the SportPesa Kenya site or verify the publisher in an official app store. Check the app name, publisher, update date, permissions and privacy notice. Avoid third-party APK sites and links sent by strangers.
A public app link does not confirm that every version is available on every device or in every location. We did not measure performance, data use, battery impact or compatibility.
Understand app permissions and account safety
Review what the app requests before installation. An app should not need your M-Pesa PIN, email password or one-time code outside a payment or authentication screen that you initiated. Do not share your device or account with another person.
Set a screen lock and keep your SIM secure. If the phone is lost, secure the phone number and email used for account access and contact the operator through a verified support route.
Mobile betting and network interruptions
A mobile display can truncate market rules or game information. Open the full rule text and verify the selection, stake, price and total before confirming. If a confirmation does not appear, check bet history or transaction history before repeating an action.
Network delays can occur and are not evidence that a bet or payment failed or succeeded. Save the confirmation reference and check official history. We did not test how SportPesa handles a particular interrupted transaction.
