Operator-published Paybill details
SportPesa’s Kenya site lists Paybill 955100 or 5212121 and says the account/reference should be the registered phone number. This is a published instruction, not an independently tested payment. The operator can revise payment routes, so use the live cashier as the controlling source.
Before confirming, compare the payee name, business number, account/reference and amount shown by the payment flow. If any field differs from what the official SportPesa page describes, pause and contact support using a verified channel. Never send to a personal number provided in an unsolicited message.
Keep a clear transaction record
Save the M-Pesa confirmation, transaction code, timestamp and amount. If your SportPesa balance does not update, check both the wallet and operator transaction histories before trying again. A second payment can create a duplicate debit if the first is still pending.
When contacting support, provide the minimum transaction information needed to identify the issue. Do not send your PIN, password or one-time code. We have not tested a deposit or the operator’s dispute process.
